7:00 AM – 1:30 PM: Depart from your accommodation in Arusha and drive to your lodge or camp in the Ndutu area for check-in and lunch.
2:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Afternoon game drive in the Ndutu area. Explore the plains and woodlands, keeping an eye out for the wildebeest herds and other wildlife. Witness the incredible sight of newborn calves taking their first steps.
6:30 PM: Return to your lodge or camp, enjoy a delicious dinner and relax by the campfire sharing stories of your day’s sightings and experiences.
6:00 AM: Have an early breakfast at your accommodation.
6:30 AM – 12:00 PM: Full-day game drive in the Ndutu area. Spend the morning exploring different areas known for wildlife concentrations. Follow the tracks of the Great Migration herds, witnessing the drama of predator-prey interactions and the spectacle of wildebeest calving.
12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Enjoy a packed lunch at a scenic spot in the bush, surrounded by the sights and sounds of the African wilderness.
1:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Continue your game drive in Ndutu, focusing on areas where you haven’t explored yet. Keep your camera ready for memorable wildlife sightings and stunning landscapes. Visit nearby lakes to observe flamingos and other water birds.
6:30 PM: Return to your lodge or camp, enjoy a delicious dinner and relax by the campfire sharing stories of your day’s sightings and experiences.
6:00 AM: Have breakfast at your accommodation.
6:30 AM – 10:00 AM: Morning game drive in Ndutu. Take one last opportunity to search for wildlife and soak in the beauty of the Ndutu plains before departing.
10:00 AM: Return to your lodge or camp to check out.
11:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Enjoy a scenic drive back to Arusha, with opportunities to stop for lunch and stretch your legs along the way.
5:00 PM: Arrive back in Arusha, where you’ll be dropped off at your accommodation, end of tour.
Note: Ndutu is a vast grassland situated in the southern part of the Serengeti ecosystem and the northwestern edge of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. This means that visitors can access Ndutu from either the Ngorongoro side or the Serengeti side. Depending on the season, we will advise you which side to visit.
